“I have thoroughly enjoyed my fitness experience with trainer Mark Croy. Mark is an inspiring and knowledgeable coach, and he is committed to his clients. He has a high level of expertise in his field and continues to pursue further training. I have been exercising for many, many years of my life, but I have seen the most benefits over the last year under Mark’s guidance. He has revolutionized my strength, and I am amongst the fastest ladies my age on the tennis court. People have definitely noticed that I have been doing something worthwhile. Training with Mark has been a far more satisfying experience than even attending Farrell’s Extreme Body shaping. At Farrell’s, I was constantly prone to injury which was a cause of much frustration. Thankfully Mark was able to change that, and I have been able to work out safely while preventing injury. I also love that the workout has been designed for me exclusively rather than for a random group. This is the longest time period that I have been dedicated to weight lifting which is so important for women’s health, and I attribute that to Mark’s expertise.
