Brent Parkhill CPT
Owner & Lead Certified Personal Trainer
Owner and visionary behind Flexx Fitness, Brent Parkhill has been a certified personal trainer since 2003 and training clients in Tellico Village since 2015. Constantly improving his craft, he brings his unique knowledge of state-of-the-art fitness innovations combined with old-school training techniques that produce results his clients love. He was a star linebacker for the University of Toledo when they won the Las Vegas Bowl back in 1995, and still loves watching college football. Brent's never met a stranger, and his ready smile and passion for his work is evident to everyone who meets him.
Felicia Slattery Parkhill
Co-Owner, Chief Communications Officer
AKA Coordinator of Fun!
A former adjunct college instructor of communication, Felicia has run an international marketing & training consultancy for small business owners since 2006. She's a best-selling author and her specialty is in communication, public speaking, building relationships, and creating connections. She's also got a local Knoxville radio show, as well as a food blog - so it's her job to keep Brent fed and happy. Brent & Felicia make their home in west Knoxville, where they live with their two teenage daughters and their dog, Sadie.
Certified Massage Therapist
Emily Mays is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage since 2002 and she has been part of the Flexx Fitness Family since we opened our doors. Emily offers 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute massages with the option of using aromatherapy and/or hot stones. Emily lives in the Madisonville area with her teenage son.
Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Kaye Blair is our welcoming friendly face you'll see when you walk through the door each time you visit. "Miss Kaye" as we like to call her, has been in the Tellico Village area for years, and you may have seen her at the Wellness Center where she greeted members when Brent started working there in 2015. A friendship blossomed, and now we are blessed she's joined our team as of January 2019.
