Golfers ask these questions:
Are you tired of slicing the ball? Topping the ball? Not hitting the fairway?
Embarrassing yourself playing golf with clients, friends and colleagues?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, don’t worry, I’m here to help!
I will be presenting a series on a great approach (process) to follow for clearing up these challenges and permanently improving your golf game!
When I have been out playing with friends and clients who are having many of these troubles I can’t begin to tell you how often I hear; I need to get to the range more often! I need new clubs! I need to get in better shape! I need to see a swing coach/golf pro!
Some may think, maybe I need all four! Although these ideas all may be helpful to a degree, most often these are not the complete solution.
So, you ask yourself, “self”, what should my first step be?
Let’s start with going and hitting buckets of golf balls to help my golf game.
I can tell you right now that going and hitting buckets of balls more times than not, is not the best answer. Obviously if you have any one of these troubles there is a deeper problem vs. needing to hit more balls. Think about it for a second…. If you are slicing the ball, shot gun patterns in your golf hits, topping the ball or, just extremely inconsistent, hitting more balls is just going to reinforce the swing faults that are causing the problem. You will be further ingraining your negative swing patterns. Hitting a bunch of balls also can make the changes that you need even more difficult to achieve. What’s the saying? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? Insanity!! Don’t make yourself insane!
