Our individualized sports training program is the best in the region! 

Why— because we design programs specifically for each athlete’s sport, training age, gender, and weaknesses. The foundation of our programming is structured around the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).  This allows our Coaches to build a more injury resistant athlete.

As a result, we spend a lot of time…

  • Developing fundamental motor skills and movement patterns
  • Implementing correctives for any movement dysfunction or asymmetries found in FMS screen
  • Developing correct Core and musculature kinematic sequencing
  • Developing decelerating musculature and healthy joints such as hips, knees and shoulders.
  • Training energy systems, movement patterns, primary, as well as secondary movers
  • Proper strength, power, and endurance.

Our training environment is as dynamic as the sport you play.  We emphasize the use everything from free weights, kettle bells, sandbags to bands and boxes.  We train like you play!

This is not cookie cutter training.

All athletes are under the watchful eye of a Nationally Certified Professional Strength/Performance Coach, to ensure they are being taught the right way to push themselves.
